18months on, I have thought about posting the full length photos of myself for weeks but I just don't have that confidence in me to do that. I wish I did because I am proud of how far I have come.
18 months ago I started PT with the best Personal trainer someone could ask for
Jayne who has supported me at every point.
I am well over 12stone down. About 3.5 stone off my personal target weight.
I still can't believe how disgusting I looked 2 years ago 😢 but I am in a happier and more comfortable place now.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and showed me love every step of the way. 💜😊😘

Active recovery, also called active rest, is when you do some sort of movement that is less intense than your regular workout days. That can mean anything from yoga or light stretching, a walk, swimming or a leisurely jog.
Rest days are essential to a successful fitness program, but evidence shows that light to moderate levels of cardio
can improve overall health, decrease muscle soreness, and speed up the recovery process which can set you up for success next time you train.

Most diets fail in January 💯🙌
Most fad diets fail because they backfire; restricting calories often leaves dieters feeling hungry and leads to a diet-binge cycle.
🗣️IT’S NOT A DIET 😁
Eating healthy is not a diet it's a lifestyle.
First week your going to crave🙌
So don't be hard on yourself, remember small changes the first week🥰
Cut back on indulgence. The festive period is filled with sugary treats, large portions and sometimes lots of alcohol💁🏼♀️
So set yourself realistic goals.....
Start with back….
✅Drinking 2/3 litres of water a day.
✅Aim for 3 nutritional meals a day
✅Be more active.
Get your steps in….

Overtime, those small changes will add up to big transformation.

I was 13 half stone
I hadn’t long had my 3rd child and I was loving life, Christmas, friends birthday celebrations the list goes on, my weight just gained.
I stepped on the scales and thought🤬🤦♀️ I’ve been enjoying myself a little bit to much.
I had to make changes
I lost my weight living a healthy lifestyle with no fad diets🙌🏼
I fell in love with fitness again and thought I’d love to help other women.
I made a big decision and changed career and worked towards my dream of becoming a personal trainer.
I know what it’s like being a working mum, lacking confidence and thinking where do I start!!!
So let me help you on your food and fitness journey.
Don’t put a ban on your favourite foods. Enjoy the food you love but in moderation.
Getting fit isn’t a punishment.
I still love a cheeky pint with a packet of crisps 🤫💁♀️😂
