We are a busy livery, training and competition yard based in the Swansea Valley. We offer a full & part livery service, and regular training clinics.
Ynysymond Stables was founded by Rachel White in Glais to provide a first class full livery services to horse owners in Swansea. The yard has grown from strength to strength and now offers both full & part livery services, regular clinics with top trainers, and regular clear round events and jumping & fun shows. Ynysymond Stables also boasts a full British Eventing inspired cross country course which is available to hire for both individuals and groups.

There are some big changes happening here at YYM. After 17 incredible years, Rachel Mark & Holly are on to new adventures. Our fabulous equestrian centre is going to be under new management, “Glais Valley equestrian centre” will be running the main yard, riding school, shows and most of the clinics. Whilst YYM will retain the smaller yard and canter track and hunter trials. We would like to thank all our clients, friends and wonderful staff for your continued support. We are very excited to introduce you to Glais Valley Equestrian.
GVE is taking over the stables at Ynysymond Equestrian as Rachel and Mark move over to new offerings. GVE will run the Livery Yard and Riding School from the 1st August 2026.
Bethan and Scott are the new team behind GVE and we will do introduction posts soon.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you all at the yard, at shows or in the school as we bring our own touches to GVE but continue to deliver the same standards you are used to when attending YYM.
