💙 10 kilometres. One month. A whole lot of good.

This November, we’re teaming up with Cancer Research UK to encourage our customers to take on the Swim 10K Challenge. 🏊

Your challenge is simple – swim a total of 10K throughout November and raise money to help fund vital cancer research.

You can spread the distance across the month, swim with friends or take it on as a personal challenge. However you do it, every kilometre counts.

And if you’re not currently a Freedom Leisure swimming member, you can take advantage of our exclusive £30 swimming membership to help you complete the challenge.

💙 10 cilomedr. Un mis. Llawer o dda.

Ym mis Tachwedd, rydym yn ymuno â Cancer Research UK i annog ein cwsmeriaid i ymgymryd â'r Her Nofio 10K. 🏊

Mae eich her yn syml – nofiwch gyfanswm o 10K trwy gydol mis Tachwedd a chodwch a***n i helpu i a***nnu ymchwil canser hanfodol.

Gallwch gwasgaru’r pellter ar draws y mis, nofio gyda ffrindiau neu ei gymryd fel her bersonol. Beth bynnag rydych chi'n ei wneud, mae pob cilomedr yn cyfrif.

Ac os nad ydych chi'n aelod nofio o Freedom Leisure ar hyn o bryd, gallwch fanteisio ar ein haelodaeth nofio unigryw o £30 i'ch helpu i gwblhau'r her.

Yn barod i gymryd y cam?
