Thank you to all the little ninjas for making our first StrongKids session back SOOO RAD!
Fun focused,

This is not a fitness class for kids, this is about empowering children to be confident to MOVE.

RAMPAGE!
You need a pile of clothes, the dirty washing would be perfect!
draw a line on the ground, divide the pile into two halves.
Start the clock!
You have 30 seconds to throw as many items over the line as possible.
Chuck back anything that lands your side, SHOW NO MERCY!
At the end of each round, the person with the most clothing their side LOSES...
They must complete 5 floppies before restarting the game.
How many rounds can you play before your opponent surrenders?
