Itβs been a great couple of months working with the Teen-Fit group but especially the last few weeks as we start to knuckle down with a progressive phase of training! π

Time to progress them and introduce them to lifting weight / weight training.

Anytime somebody has dropped 20kg, it goes without saying they have worked hard, been consistent, eaten healthy, exercised regular.
β’
But from a personal point of view I have seen first hand how nervous Emma was coming into the gym, how much she lacked confidence in the gym environment and in herself, how much lack of training / nutrition knowledge etc, which is completely whatβs expected.
β’
Now we are further down the line and seeing the long term results of emmaβs positive habit changes with not only her physical results but also mentally a lot more confident in the gym and within herself. Over the past few months itβs been great seeing Emmaβs progression and understanding of her training and nutrition improve drastically π

I am looking forward to seeing the next milestone in a couple of months π€

Well done Lowri & Sian a small Step back from training due to illness for a couple of sessions but still a kept on track with their nutrition and got great results and more important set themselves a positive habit change with mindful nutrition choices and regular exercise π₯
