We had an amazing time at the AP Race swimming clinic today! The venue Penlan Leisure Centre was familiar, the coach Adam Peaty was very special.

We signed off the last day of the 2026 Swim Wales Championships with another individual medal and some great relay racing. Thank you to all the coaches, officials and volunteers - not just for this meet but for a whole year's worth of meets and training. Enjoy a relaxed August before training resumes fully in September.
