Welcome to the Pro Shop, Rhys!

We’re delighted to welcome Rhys Barlow to the team in the Fairwood Park Pro Shop.

Rhys, 23, has been a member at Fairwood Park for the past two years and he’s already a familiar face around the club.

Rhys plays off an impressive 6 handicap and is seen here being welcomed to the Club by our Head Professional Llewelyn Miller. Rhys is aiming to take the next big step in his golfing journey by starting the PGA course in October 2026.

A PGA Assistant, or fully qualified PGA Professional.
You have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed and earn.
You are team player who is proactive, reliable, and motivated by growth.
You are looking to seize a rare opportunity in a location that offers constant coaching demand, retail experience, and entrepreneurial potential.

What we’re offering:

12-20 hours per week in the pro shop at Fairwood Park Golf Club – a busy, welcoming club with a strong membership base.
Unlimited coaching opportunities at Gowerton Golf Range and Fairwood Park Golf Club – Swansea’s busiest driving range and coaching centre, with 650 active members, high footfall and strong demand for lessons.
A chance to work alongside three experienced PGA Professionals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Access to an established client base, with room to grow your own business and brand.
Flexible hours, excellent facilities, competitive salary plus coaching income.
