Today was a sweaty, electric and incredible wrap up to what has been an amazing 3 years of NV Dance Fitness. Its also the end of an era after 6 years of leading dance fitness classes in Swansea and I've absolutely loved it 🥰

From.'Kicks' to Xercise4less, Forge Fach to the Village Hotel and of course the gorgeous Y Stiwdio where we ended on a high today 💜

To everyone who has ever attended a class, liked a post, introduced my classes to your friends or supported in anyway...thank you 🙏

So grateful that I have been lucky enough to meet and dance with so many amazing and lovely people through these classes. It's been an honour.

Today you all absolutely smashed it and I was amazed by you all! Thanks to all who took part and gave so much energy. That was a tough workout but you were all unstoppable! Finally, thank you for your kind words, cards, gifts and beautiful flowers. I'm so touched by this.🥹

If you are joining us for the 2 hour NV Dance Fitness farewell masterclass tomorrow:

💜Bring extra drinks - it has been warm today and tomorrow's class is 2 hours long so please make sure you have plenty to drink.
💜As always, wear clothes and trainers suitable for a cardio workout.
💜Parking is street parking and there's usually plenty on the street outside the studio. Please consider residents when parking.
💜There is a rehearsal at the studios which finshes at 3pm so we may be 5 minutes late starting. If so, I will ensure that you get this time at the end of the class ☺️
💜Have fun, enjoy and invite anyone else who you think would love this feel good workout. Places are still available.

⭐Calling all Welsh/Wales based dancers⭐
An exciting one-off event is coming to Swansea, and this is your chance to get involved!

OLYMPIC FUSION, choreographed by the Matsena Brothers, will bring together four communities associated with the newest additions to the Olympic games through the power of rhythm and dance.

Auditions will be taking place between July 3 and 6 with this opportunity being open to all, from professionals to at-home movers and from any discipline. The main performance will take place on Saturday 5 October. Find out more information at https://loom.ly/jR6dz_o

To my incredible supporters, class attendees and lovely followers; thank you, as always for your continued support with these classes over the last 4 years. I know some of you have been with me since 2018 when I ran the other dance fitness classes too and you have not only become a familiar face but wonderful friends too 💖

I have made a decision (which has not been an easy one) to bring NV Dance Fitness to a close after almost 4 years 🥺This decision has not been an easy one and I have delayed this for months as I know how many of you get so much from these classes which I love and appreciate so much. The choice is due to work commitments and more importantly, family. I want to get the balance right between work and family life. I hope you understand❤

So, the last NV Dance Fitness class will be Sunday 23rd June 3 - 5pm at Y Stiwdio, Pontardawe which is our masterclass.

It makes sense that this 2 hour special will not only be a masterclass but a farewell class and a round up of all your favourite routines- let me know which ones are your favs so that I include them! 🥳
