It’s time to start preparing for one of the highlights of our club calendar, the 2026 Club Championships. 💜

Whether you’re aiming to defend a title, challenge for your first championship, or simply enjoy some competitive tennis, we encourage everyone to get involved. The Club Championships are a fantastic opportunity to test yourself, meet fellow members, and be part of a great club tradition.

🎾 Events: Singles / Doubles / Mixed / 110 club / American Doubles and more.

South Wales Doubles League – A Cracking Week! 🎾

What a week for our fantastic teams — 8 wins and just 2 losses across the board.

Our Ladies 1st Team made it three consecutive 6–0 victories, putting promotion firmly in their own hands as we head into the final part of the season.

There were also huge wins for our Ladies 3rds and Men’s 4ths, who are both battling hard to retain their places in their respective divisions. Those results give both teams a real boost and plenty of hope for the weeks ahead.

Meanwhile, our two new teams this summer — the Ladies 4ths and Men’s 5ths — added another pair of wins to their records. The players have taken to league tennis like ducks to water and continue to impress every week.

Well done to everyone who represented the club this week. Keep up the great work! 👏

Another week of the South Wales Doubles League completed, and there were some fantastic results across the club! 🎾

A special mention goes to our Men’s 1st Team, who pushed a very strong Cardiff 1st side all the way at home. Despite the 4-2 defeat, it was an outstanding effort from our young team and a performance they can be proud of.

Our Ladies 4th Team recorded a huge home victory, while the Ladies 1st Team travelled away and produced a dominant 6-0 win.

League Results Round-Up

Despite a wet and windy weekend, it was great to see all fixtures completed. Well done to everyone who represented the club.

🎾 Ladies 1st Team narrowly lost by two games against a strong Penarth Windsor side.
🎾 Ladies 3rd Team lost 2–4 to Penarth Windsor.
🎾 Ladies 4th Team lost 1–5 to Haverfordwest in very testing conditions.
🎾 Men’s 3rd Team produced an excellent performance on Thursday evening, winning 6–0 at home against Radyr.
🎾 Men’s 4th Team secured a strong 4–2 victory over Bridgend 5ths.

Congratulations to the Men’s 3rds and 4ths on their wins, and well done to all players for battling through some challenging weather conditions. Great effort from everyone involved! 👏🎾
