We’re growing… and we want to know who’s out there 👀

We’re looking to connect with people who share our passion for helping everyday people get stronger, fitter and healthier for life.

But we’re looking beyond just coaching sessions.

We’d love to hear from someone with ambition — someone who could see themselves leading a Coaching Club site in the future and wants to be part of growing something, not simply work in it.

Maybe you’re already a coach.

Maybe you work in a similar industry and fancy a change.

Or maybe you’ve always had a passion for training and coaching people.

We’re keeping things open at this stage. We simply want to see who’s out there and start some conversations.

Sound like you? Drop us a DM 👋

Why don’t we change workouts every week?

Because if your training is random, your results will be too.

At Titan Coaching Club, every programme follows a structured progression. Most members train using our 16-week block periodisation model, while some newer members follow a simpler linear progression to build confidence and consistency first.

Whichever route you’re on, the principle is the same: every phase has a clear purpose, and every phase prepares you for the next, helping you become stronger, fitter and more capable over time.

In this video, we explain the first two phases of our current block.

> Familiarisation (Build Movement)

Before we worry about lifting heavier, we learn to move well. We establish appropriate training loads, build confidence and create strong movement patterns that we’ll build on throughout the block.

> Accumulation (Build Capacity)

This is where the real progress happens.

Our goal isn’t to accumulate fatigue, it’s to accumulate high-quality training. We gradually increase the training demand, reinforce great movement and build the foundation for greater strength later in the block.

Every phase has a purpose.

Every session has an objective.

Every exercise has a reason.

Trust the process. Stay consistent. Build capability.

Because at Titan, we’re not just training for today’s workout. We’re building the strongest, fittest and most capable version of you.

CHASE. YOUR. POTENTIAL.

Just a few of the many impressive PBs achieved by our members in our latest block… 👏🔥

PBs are built through showing up consistently, following progressive programming and tracking your weights so you can keep moving forward.

Add in a coach to guide you, challenge you and make sure you’re progressing safely — plus a room full of members offering encouragement and moral support — and this is what happens 💪

Our last block ended with PBs across the board, but the numbers only tell part of the story.

More strength.
More confidence.
More belief in what you’re capable of.

Now it’s time to build again 🚀

30kg (68lbs) lighter. A whole lot stronger and fitter 💪🏻

Today Hannah reached the very first goal she set herself when she joined The Coaching Club at the beginning of 2025.

But that number is only a small part of her story.

Over the 18 months Hannah has:

💪 Lost 30kg (68lbs)
📉 Reduced her body fat from 40% to 32%
🏋️ Maintained her muscle mass throughout her weight loss
🏋️ Deadlifted 102kg
🏋️‍♀️ Squatted 75kg
🏃 Completed running races and fitness events like Deadly Dozen
🎯 And now has her sights firmly set on the London Marathon.

What makes Hannah’s journey so inspiring isn’t that she was perfect.

She wasn’t.

She enjoyed holidays.
She celebrated birthdays.
She still enjoys the occasional glass of wine.
She simply learned how to make healthy choices consistently, without feeling like she was missing out on life.

Today she has the energy to keep up with her two young children, the confidence to enjoy holidays in a swimsuit, and the strength to tackle challenges she never imagined she’d be capable of.

This wasn’t built through a quick fix.

It was built through showing up.

Three strength sessions a week.

Regular walks and running.

Support from those around her.

Small choices, repeated over and over again.

At The Coaching Club, this is exactly what we believe in.

Not chasing perfection.
Not surviving on chicken and broccoli.
Not punishing workouts.

Just building a stronger, healthier version of yourself that lasts.

Hannah, every single one of us is incredibly proud of you. You’ve shown what consistency, patience and self-belief can achieve, and you’ve inspired so many people along the way.

Here’s to the next chapter 🚀 Hannah Beck

🏃🏻‍♀️Most runners only train one thing: running.

Then they wonder why the same ni**le keeps coming back every training block.

Here’s what the research actually shows:

Strength training isn’t optional cross-training — it’s one of the biggest levers you can pull for running performance.

We’re talking
💨4-8% better running economy
🚀3% faster race times
🤕 significantly lower injury risk when it’s done consistently

Most runners either skip it entirely, or do the wrong kind — high-rep, low-load “toning” work that does nothing for tendon stiffness or power output.

What actually moves the needle:

✅ Heavy compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses)
✅ Single-leg work (because running is a single-leg sport)
✅ Plyometrics for power and economy
✅ Low volume, high quality — 2-3 sessions a week, done properly

That’s exactly what our Coaching Club Strength Program is built around — programming designed by coaches who understand runners needs.

Curious if it’s right for you? Click the link in bio to register your interest in our 6-week trial.

The best thing we’ve built at The Ladies Club isn’t just stronger women… it’s the friendships they’ve built with each other. 💛

Last night was our Ladies Summer Social, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. Sunshine, the roof open, wine, cocktails… and for one evening, everyone swapped gym leggings for washed hair and summer outfits. ☀️🥂

What started as a group of women coming together to train has become so much more than that. It’s friendships that span all ages, support that extends far beyond the gym floor, and a community that genuinely celebrates one another.

The best part? This community is still growing.

Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before or you’ve been training for years, you’ll be welcomed from day one. Our Ladies Club is built to help women grow stronger, feel more confident, and become part of something bigger than just a gym.

We’d love to welcome a few more ladies into this amazing community. If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your sign. 💛
