One thing I’ve learnt very quickly since becoming a Thai masseuse a lot of women carry tension and stress in their neck and traps leading to headaches and more not to say men don’t have this as well but I am finding most women have this here is my first session giving my client the head sinuses, neck and traps packed I really enjoyed doing this work and had instant great feedback. I know Melissa has suffered with really bad headaches and migraines so I will wait to see the verdict in the next day or two but I’m sure it’s going to be positive. Who’s in for Hiitstep tonight 6pm I know a lot of people look at this class and think oof I’m not doing that but honestly you are pushed but you are pushed at your own pace and this is the best class for boosting your fitness shredding fat and burn in calories the actual class workout itself the minimum time is 22 minutes the maximum time is 27 minutes but we have a warmup and a cool down in my opinion if it’s easy it’s not worth doing when it’s hard, you feel incredible once it’s done get s**t done guys 💥💪 come along and give it a try. I will look after you.

Please share this to get my new Price list out there thank you 😊 Hi guys after an explosive time literally from the day I qualified as a Thai masseuse i’ve been very busy which I am super grateful for and after talking with clients I’ve come up with the three services I’m going to be offering moving forward and this is my pricelist moving forward. I will be offering a discount for regular client a regular client would be someone. Who comes to me every six weeks or less? The reason why I have come up with these three services I’m finding a lot of people carrying lots of tension in their traps neck some so bad it feels like they’re having an headache and they are getting massive relief from my head neck and traps Massage. Then some people don’t need the full stretching session and they just want to come and have a relax while I apply firm pressure so I can still ease the tension in your body but gently enough to let you float away and just relax. Then my Thai Massage with stretches I’ve come to realise I can’t offer this service with a one hour service there’s a lot that goes into it and I don’t want to rush what I do and you walk away with not the best service so it takes me at least 1 1/2 hours to do the work I feel is right and giving you the ultimate Thai Massage in the Thai Massage you basically get all three services I hope this helps you all understand and I am very grateful to all my clients and everybody that has supported me sharing my posts giving me feedback and reviews.
