🥋 World Mental Health Day 🥋
Tae Kwon Do is about so much more than physical fitness. It helps us build confidence, resilience, discipline and self-belief, while giving us a place to connect, belong and grow 💪

Well, it is sadly time to say "See you soon" to Tristan and Imogen as they head off to University this weekend. We hope you keep training hard (in between studying and enjoying all Uni has to offer of course😜) and we look forward to seeing you when you are home. Remember once a Jack always a Jack ♥️

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Miss Erica West 's News!!

A few weeks ago Miss West travelled to Daventry and successfully graded for her 2nd Dan.

During her many years with the TAGB, Miss West not only secured many sparring titles during her competitive career but has also mentored National, International, and World Champions while running her own successful club.

This latest achievement stands as a testament to her profound dedication, passion and resilience to the art of Taekwondo.
