Completely off topic...

My nephew is 15 and was really enjoying training in the gym, hes was going 3-4 times a week for nearly a year... but hes over 6ft so does look older. twice in the last 6 weeks hes been started on by different groups and the last ones were drunk adults down the beach! Luckily his father and myself were fishing literally 200 yards away from him and his friends... but hes a gentle giant and its really knocked him.. he dosent want to go to the gym anymore because he thinks its making him a target. So I was wondering if any MMA clubs or boxing gyms in Swansea would be willing to give him a taster session because its definitely time for him to learn something for self defence and hopefully build him up with some confidence in himself 🫣

Adam Worth is set to leave his position as head of recruitment at Swansea City.
