Our Summer Term kicks off on Monday, and we canโ€™t wait to welcome your little rays of sunshine back to the mat with Yoga Rays! โœจ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ž Heart-Opening Pose (Cobra) โ€“ Lie on your belly, lift your chest, and shine your heart forward. Open-hearted poses boost energy and spread love!

๐Ÿข Turtle Pose (Kurmasana) ๐Ÿข

Letโ€™s tuck into our shell and stretch like a peaceful turtle together! ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

How to Do Turtle Pose:
1๏ธโƒฃ Sit on the floor with your legs wide like a big turtle shell. ๐Ÿข
2๏ธโƒฃ Bend your knees a little and slide your arms under your legs. ๐Ÿค—
3๏ธโƒฃ Slowly lower your chest down and stretch your arms out to the sides. ๐ŸŒˆ
4๏ธโƒฃ Rest your forehead on the ground (or as close as you can). ๐Ÿ˜Œ
5๏ธโƒฃ Take deep breaths and feel calm like a turtle chilling in the sun! โ˜€๏ธ
