๐ค Partner Tree Pose โ Stand side by side, hold hands, and balance together like strong, happy trees! ๐ณ Practicing balance with a friend builds trust and joy.
๐ Heart-Opening Pose (Cobra) โ Lie on your belly, lift your chest, and shine your heart forward. Open-hearted poses boost energy and spread love!
๐ Rainbow Pose (Side Stretch) โ Reach your arms overhead and lean to the side like a bright, beautiful rainbow! Stretching and breathing deeply help release tension and invite happiness.

๐ข Turtle Pose (Kurmasana) ๐ข
Letโs tuck into our shell and stretch like a peaceful turtle together! ๐ฟโจ
How to Do Turtle Pose:
1๏ธโฃ Sit on the floor with your legs wide like a big turtle shell. ๐ข
2๏ธโฃ Bend your knees a little and slide your arms under your legs. ๐ค
3๏ธโฃ Slowly lower your chest down and stretch your arms out to the sides. ๐
4๏ธโฃ Rest your forehead on the ground (or as close as you can). ๐
5๏ธโฃ Take deep breaths and feel calm like a turtle chilling in the sun! โ๏ธ
