Nath came to me 6 months ago wanting to completely transform his body shape ready for his holiday to America next week.
We went through a big fat loss phase, then into a lean build and then finally a 2 week cut to bring his definition through before he goes away!

Weight gain📈
Normally it’s a cut I’ll do for a progress picture but I was feeling really light for a long while so it’s been nice eating more and adding some weight back on✅
Positives are obviously feeling generally stronger and more up for it on any aspect… but the downside is my running slows up, but I’ll cut a couple lbs when I’ve got a race coming up so it’s cool
Diet wise I’m on 6 meals a day atm where as before the first picture it was 5 smaller meals. My training hasn’t actually changed that much apart from running once a week and not three times, which I got a feeling is gonna bite me in the ass this week down the track.

Don’t know where this year has gone but there’ll be a new one here before you know it👊🏻
If you’ve hit all the New Year’s resolutions you made then great, if you didn’t.. you’ve got 11 weeks, you can do a lot of things in 11 weeks, so get to work📈
It’s also time to start thinking about next year, what you want to achieve etc. This can be fitness, family, business related or even a holiday you’ve always wanted to go on, anything you want really!
New Year’s resolutions are great and I make them myself, but there’s also no harm in getting a hard start on them and getting to work now, you’ll either end up set up and organised to smash those targets in January, or you may even actually do that before the new year comes in, so it’s definitely not gonna hurt you getting a head start now
Start thinking about where you want to be and then start making the steps to get you there.
