A huge congratulations to our Women’s Artistic team who competed over the weekend at the West Wales Pre-FIG, FIG Development & BSG Classic Challenge! 💙🤍

What a weekend of beautiful routines, brilliant performances and fantastic results, with our girls bringing home a very impressive haul of medals and trophies! 🏅🏆👏

A massive well done to every gymnast who competed, and a huge thank you to our coaches for all their hard work, support and encouragement. 💙

For many of our girls, this was an important control competition ahead of the Welsh FIG Development & BSG Classic Challenge this coming weekend. We wish everyone competing the very best of luck — go out there and enjoy your gymnastics! 🍀✨

A big thank you to our gym staff who helped us host the competition, and to all of our judges who gave up their time to help everything run smoothly. We really appreciate you! 👏

❤️ A special mention for our late Dorothy. ❤️

Every Year Our WW Pre FIG, FIG DEV & B,S,G Classic Challenge competition will now be held in honour of our much-loved Dorothy each year, and it was so lovely to have her daughter with us, helping with the scoring just as Dorothy did. A beautiful way to keep Dorothy’s memory and love of gymnastics at the heart of our competition. ❤️

Well done everyone — what a weekend! 🏆💙🤍

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Congratulations to Betsy! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Over the weekend Betsy travelled as a selected member of the Welsh team to compete at the Healthy Living Competition! 🤸‍♀️✨

What a fantastic new experience, travelling and competing as part of the Welsh team alongside the selected Welsh coaches — representing Wales rather than attending as part of her club. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Betsy had the exciting opportunity to perform new skills and put herself to the test amongst a very strong and competitive field — and what an achievement to come away with TEAM GOLD! 🥇🏆 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🎉

A fantastic experience and one we’re sure she will learn so much from. A huge well done to Betsy and the rest of the team — we are all so proud of you! 👏❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A special thank you to coaches Ellie & Imogen for your support, encouragement and guidance throughout the competition ❤️

🤸‍♂️🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR MEN’S ARTISTIC TEAM! 🏆🤸‍♂️

A huge well done to all of our boys who competed at the Welsh Men’s Artistic Grades today! 👏

The team put in some fantastic performances across their respective categories, and we are incredibly proud of every single one of them. 💪✨

What has been particularly brilliant to see is the incredible team spirit shown by the boys. From the hard work and support they have given each other during the last few weeks of training, right through to today on the competition floor, they have been a true team! 🙌

Loud, supportive and behind each other every step of the way — it really was a total team effort! 📣👏❤️

A huge congratulations to all of the boys on their achievements today, and a massive well done and thank you to their coaches for all the hard work, dedication and support that has gone into preparing them for the competition.

We are so proud of you all! 💙🤍

👏🤸‍♂️🏆 Well done, boys and coaches!
