This method produces a light close tolerance blank with basic tools and vitually no waste.

Offcuts get reused in panels for more boards.

Dust and shavings compost.

Within 3-4 years the trees have regrown to build another one.

However boards that are 80-85% Bio mass by weight
Are way more Planet Friendly than most boards currently avaliable which claim a sustainable rating.
