A huge congratulations to 2 of our most valued trainers, and 2 amazing members for WINNING ATHX Liverpool this Sunday ๐Ÿคฉ

This event is the ultimate test of hybrid fitness, with a big weightlifting element and workouts to test their engine, and they made it look easy ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We see these guys smash their training, both in classes and on their own. Everyone in the gym can see how hard they work and theyโ€™re truly an inspiring example to follow, and a standard to strive for ๐Ÿ“ˆ

We want to say a BIG congratulations to the boys who ran the Berlin Marathon yesterday, and raising almost ยฃ10,000 for WellChild in the process ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿคฏ

We also want to say thank you behalf of the boys to every member who donated, entered a fitness challenge, came to the car wash or bought a pancake in aid of this fantastic cause ๐Ÿคฉ
