Back carnivore for a few weeks now. Carnivore for me is 70/30. 70% animal products 30% plants that work for me. Inflammation in my back and knees down ⬇️. I'm feeling great and hoping to return to heavy lifting this weekend for the first time in over a year.
The only vegetables I eat are ones home grown by my partner's dad
The only fruit I eat is organic.
Best quality eggs. Grass fed beef. I sometimes eat pork and chicken.
I make my own protein bars using organic cacao butter and grass-fed whey.
Fermented veg and fage for gut health daily.
I loosely track I eat between 2500-3500cals daily.
I train 4 X weekly and walk 10-20k steps daily. I sometimes run
I don't touch grains of any sort unless fermented.
Supplement: vit D, vit K, ashwagandha, magnesium, whey
I enjoy what I eat so no need to ever cheat.. unless I'm in Italy best believe I'll be eating pizza

1st 🥇Disney animal kingdom 10/10
Nothing will beat live animals at a theme park. Love the jungle feel. Never in my life seen anything like the bird show they have there. The short lion king show was incredible. Easiest park to manoeuvre your way around. Thought the avatar ride was overrated. Water rapids and Everest were the best rides here
2nd 🥈Disney magic kingdom 10/10
This has a complete nostalgic feel to it. I almost felt like I was 10 years old again. Rides were good, parades were good. Plenty of things to do for everyone. This park felt magic. It's massive we easily spent 16hrs here. Fireworks aren't my thing but damn these were awesome. Only downside with staying for the fireworks is leaving after as this park is on a island. Took us a good 1-1.5hrs to leave and then trying to get a lift was torture after 16 hours on your feet. Tiana's bayou adventure was my favourite ( water ride )
3rd 🥉SeaWorld 8/10
We was on the fence with this one but for the price of $60 I was chuffed we went here. Although SeaWorld definitely had the most mileage in terms of look. Little outdated and felt a little dirty. Deffo the most expensive when it comes to drinks and food. However the shows were a 10/10 experience and worth the money alone. I also thought this had the the most thrill seeking rides if your roller coaster fan. This is the one for you. Although this had a most technical delays out of all the park. Sun got to me this day so left early.
4th Epcot 8/10
Epcot was a refreshing park in the mix fixating more on culture and education rather than rides. The shows here were incredible insight into history from all over the world.
Food was great here Also the staff being assorted to their work environment Having to be from that country is a very nice little touch.
5th Disney Hollywood studios 7/10
Nothing wrong with this park it was just the bottom of the list for me in terms of Disney. Although the star wars rise of the resistance was easily top 3 rides of ever been on. Indian Jones stunt show was great however the Jason bornue stunt show was loads better in my opinion.
6th universal Flordia 6.5/10

Eat like this 90% of the time and you'll be sound.
I come from a background of digestion issues I've spent years of accumulated time researching nutrition and gut health. You will almost always come around to a full circle of a balanced whole food diet and macros (protein, carbs and fats ) to be successful in your fitness journey. However, Figuring out foods that agree and degree with you is also key to operating efficiently.
The leaner you are the easier it is to see when things affect your physique than being someone who holds more fat. I used to eat "clean foods" without realising these foods wouldn't agree with me and cause bloating, water retention, mood swings, joint issues etc. be smart and learn from your fuel you're putting in your body. I love watermelon but my farts will divorce me before I'm even married.
A massive tip is to stop reading calories and start reading ingredients ✔️

5 steps you can follow almost effortlessly for fat loss
1.) cals ➡️ BW x 12
2.) steps ➡️ 10000+ daily
3.) workout ➡️ 3-6 X weekly. The less physical your job is the higher your workout frequency can and should be
4.) sleep ➡️ 7-8hrs
5.) lots of quality water ( electrolytes ) and protein

6 weeks till America. Let's see what I can cultivate the physique into
