Trust the process …
6 weeks of the program and my client ( Santa) achieved his goal of being able to do chin ups.
Why ? for increased strength and definition of the upper arms and back muscles .

Starting 2023 with some more knowledge. This course ‘Exercise Strategy for Perimenopause to Post Menopause’ is so relevant for me and some of my clients. I have learnt so much. I’m already adapting some of my sessions so get ready ladies 👊🏋️‍♀️😁
