It was a harder one tonight, but you were all amazing and kept pushing right to the end. I’m so proud of you all ❤️

Well done for turning up, even though some of you were tired and ready to go home and put your feet up! 🤣

No class photo tonight because I completely forgot to take one 😂 So this picture pretty much sums up how we were all feeling afterwards!

Tired… but very glad we showed up! 🥊❤️

Good luck to our lovely Sarah for your white/purple sparing grading on Saturday!

🥊 LADIES… FANCY TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT? 🥊

I’m Lisa, I’m 44 and I’m a painter and decorator. I fell in love with boxing in 2018, and honestly, I haven’t looked back! ❤️

I started training at Swindon Martial Arts & Fitness Centre not knowing a single person, but it didn’t take long before I found more than just a place to train I found another family. 🥊❤️

Now, turning 45 soon, I can honestly say I feel so fit, alive and full of confidence. Boxing has given me so much, and now I want to share that feeling with other women.

Come and join my Ladies Only Boxing & Boxfit class!
