We’re excited to be launching our brand new Ladies Box Fit Class at Better, Link Centre - Swindon every Thursday at 6:10pm alongside our popular Ladies Kickboxing Class in Studio 2!

We are incredibly lucky to have Coach Lisa leading the sessions. Lisa brings 10 years of coaching experience and has successfully taught the ladies at Groundwell Club for the last 4 years, helping women of all ages and fitness levels grow in confidence, fitness and skill.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, build confidence, relieve stress, learn boxing combinations, or simply have fun while getting active, this class is for you!
