What are your plans for the weekend? Especially now more has opened up, are your doing something that your super excited about? π
I'm hoping the sun π does make a come back so I can enjoy some nice long dogs walks and a picnic π₯ͺππ₯°.
Whatever you are doing, try to make sure there is something in there that you enjoy and will make your heart happy π.

Been quiet over lockdown because I've been working away to offer even more...

Anyone else struggling to get to sleep at the moment?! π€
Did you know that sleep can also have an effect on your weight loss goals, this is because sleep influences to important appetite hormones.
Ever noticed when you have a bad night sleep you crave more 'bad' foods? Well thats why, it's because your hormones are out of balance. The odd night is easy to recover from but when its continuous night after night, it will make recovery and maintaining a calorie deficit alot harder, along with low motivation to train.
Im not usually one to take supplements but decided to try ZMA to help get my sleep back on track. I got mine from .co.uk and after the deep sleeps I've had and waking up feeling refreshed, I'd say it defo works! I've been eating better too, oh and they arrived the next day! So impressed!! πππ¦

Today I decided to take a bash at Greg's () KB workout, fair to say it was as disgusting as expected. At around minute 25 I wanted to quit, but the moment I finished, and did more rounds then I aimed for, totally made it worth it π₯΅πββοΈ
Going to do some yoga this evening π§ββοΈ
