I hold NVQ level 3 in health and social care
NHS Care certificate
I am a qualified seated exercise instructor
I am a qualified ASA swimming teacher
Valid DBS check
Teaching certificate University of Bristol
Hi all I'm Jan I have 15 years experience in the care industry in care homes, community and hospital.
I have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. I like to keep fit and attend the gym regularly I am a qualified swimming teacher and have taught many adults to swim. I am hard working, patient a good listener and I have a good sense of humour. I have many skills, apart from obvious experience with household chores I have gardening skills, experience in helping adults maintain mobility, whether it be by completing mobility exercises, walking, or swimming.
