Dad 💔🕊️ A whole year without you, a whole year of things we’ve not got to with you, this last year is probably the year we’ve all needed you most, I can’t believe it’s been a year already 😢

I miss you more and more everyday, it doesn’t get any easier you just learn to cope with a new way, life is definitely different now

I love you so so much 🩷 fly like a bird through the night 🕊️

Client Spotlight- Meet Lacey 🌼

Lacey joined the team 7 months ago, with her goals being doing something for herself, learning new skills and making a complete body transformation

We started off with 3 x fullbody sessions a week as she has a very busy work/home life, a meal plan to help make life easier when it came to nutrition and habits for her to work towards

Her first session in the gym she will tell you herself how nervous she was

But...She showed up and got started nerves and all 🥳

That Lacey I met back then is a completely different Lacey to the one I see now 🥰

And I don’t just mean physically

Lacey has dropped an incredible 40.7LB/18.5KG in 7 months 🤯

❌No hard dieting
❌No endless amounts of cardio ( although she wouldn’t of minded that )
❌No boring food choices

This girl is a work horse and her consistency is what has got her to where she is now

We’ve not had to reduce calories at all, she puts the work in and the results speak for themselves

She now trains 4 x a week because she absolutely enjoys it, she trains hard and has now come away from a meal plan and is able to track confidently all the foods she once avoided but enjoys

In our time together she has enjoyed nights out, day trips and weekends away celebrating and has consistently made progress week on week 🥳

These pictures tell one chapter of her story but our message thread tells a whole story, finally feeling free to dress with confidence and go out and join in without guilt

This has now become apart of Lacey’s lifestyle and she is flourishing 🌼

I used to believe if I didn’t have a solid hour to train… it didn’t count 🌼

So on the days when life felt chaotic, when I was tired, busy, or stretched too thin

I’d skip the workout

Then I’d feel guilty, unmotivated, like I was slipping again

Sound familiar?

But here’s the truth that changed everything for me:

🌼 You don’t need 60 minutes
🌼 You don’t even need 30

One day, I gave myself permission to just try 8 minutes

That’s it

🎧 I put on music
🧘‍♀️ Moved how I felt
💛 Didn’t worry about doing it “right”

And guess what?

I felt amazing

Not because it was a perfect workout…

But because I finally showed up for me

That 8 minutes reminded me of my power, It wasn’t the time that mattered, It was the momentum I created

🌼 Your pace is powerful
🌼 You’re allowed to start small and still be making progress

You don’t need to overhaul your schedule or wait for a quiet day that never comes

You just need one small YES to yourself

You Don’t Need More Motivation — You Need Momentum

Let’s clear something up:

❌You’re not lazy

❌You’re not unmotivated

You’re tired of starting over, pouring energy into plans that don’t fit you, and wondering why it never sticks

You don’t need more motivation, You need momentum 🌼

And that momentum?

It doesn’t come from waiting for the “perfect time” or a lightning bolt of energy

I used to think confidence in the gym meant having it all together 🌼

🌼 Perfect form
🌼 Perfect outfit

Walking in like I owned the place

But truth?
I didn’t
Not at first

Confidence didn’t arrive before I started

It met me inside the discomfort

It looked like:

💛 Walking in with shaky hands, but doing it anyway
💛 Using the machines because free weights felt too scary — and being proud of myself anyway
💛Taking a deep breath before stepping onto the gym floor and reminding myself, I deserve to be here

Confidence didn’t magically appear — I built it 🌼

🌼 Through showing up nervous
🌼 Through deciding to stop waiting until I felt “ready”

Because confidence isn’t something you have.

It’s something you create when you stop hiding

I remember walking into the gym for the first time and wanting to disappear 🌼

I kept my head down, avoided eye contact, and prayed no one was looking at me

It felt like everyone knew what they were doing — and I was just the awkward beginner, trying not to look out of place

But here’s what I learned:

Most people aren’t judging you

🌼 They’re too focused on themselves
🌼 On their form
🌼 Their playlist
🌼 Their reflection

They’re not thinking about how you look, they’re thinking about how they look

And even if someone does glance your way?

That doesn’t mean they’re thinking anything negative

(Seriously, most people respect the hell out of women who show up and go for it)

The gym isn’t reserved for the confident, the lean, or the experienced

🌼 It’s for women who are willing to start
🌼 To feel awkward and unsure — but show up anyway
🌼 To prove to themselves that they’re worth the effort

Because here’s the truth:

💛 Confidence doesn’t come first

It comes from doing the thing scared, from showing up for yourself before you feel ready

💛 You belong in that gym

Not when you “lose 5kg” or “tone up” or “figure it all out”

But now — exactly as you are
