On Sunday I had the pleasure of coaching Dave, a seasoned triathlete based in Swindon and swim training in Lake 86 🏊♂️🚲🏃♂️
Lots of changes made and a huge increase in his efficiency with his newly learnt stroke.

A fantastic first session with Owen this morning, a triathlete who travelled down from Redditch for this session. Using the changes we made he now saves over 180 strokes per 10 minutes of swimming!
