I'd LOVE to invite you on one of my retreat days held near Wootton Bassett.

These sessions are such a lovely way to take some time out and recharge. I love creating different themes for each day so that every time you do something with me it's completely unique!

REIKI SOUND AND MASSAGE 💗💗💗

Last nights session in the sunshine 🌞

I love doing this very special monthly session, on the last Wednesday evening of the month, I offer a special 90 min workshop limited to just 8 spaces.

We settle in with some mindful chit chat, oracle cards and herbal tea (or in this case coconut water and juice) and then we go full relaxation mode - Guided Meditation, Massage, Reiki and a mini Sound offering to close.

Most months the amazing .francome joins me so you have 2 people pampering you!

I try and do different types of Massage each month and because it was hot I bought everyone some cooling gel eye masks and did a mini acupressure facial and floral water cleanse - it was just Lush 💆‍♀️

Most of you know and lots of you already have some Jumpers, hoodies, vests and T-shirts and I am now taking orders for another batch of MIND BODY SOUL merch! 💗

Please remember I don't make any money off these I just charge what it costs and what my printing guy charges me!

I now have a document with all the prices, sizing and info on for everything. Feel free to adjust the design how you like if it's not too fiddly he can do it (I.e - big print on the back instead of the front).

I need all your orders in by end of play Sunday 12th April please - that's NEXT WEEK so it's quite a quick turnaround ...

Please note Phil is also going to be doing a new product - WATER BOTTLES ! Which is exciting, he's playing around with some different styles to see what works best but the bottle itself will be white and you can choose what colour you'd like the print to be - you could even add your name if you like!!

MINDFUL EVENING

5:15pm - REFORMER PILATES - STRETCH FOCUS 🧘‍♀️ (1hr)

6:30pm - MINDFUL MANDALA WORKSHOP (paint your own wooden mandala - art therapy style) followed by a mandala meditation and sound bath (90 mins)

If reformer fills really quick again I am happy to offer a shorter express reformer at 4:15pm but let's see how we go - I won't run one later this time because I am running a longer mindful session seeing as we are painting our mandalas 🎨
