π΅ Absolutely Fit Studio are looking for PTs to join our expanding team on small group coaching programs!
This opportunity will be on am employed contract basis (working, a flexible shift )π With an opportunity to coach some of our clients.
π΅ Due to the high popularity & level of success with these classes, increased demands now means we are expanding our class timetable
βͺοΈ We are looking for two dedicated & hungry for success group class instructors
π΅ Previous Body Transformation coaching experience would be helpful but not essential - full Body Transformation coaching/training will be provided to get you up to the standard of the Absolutely Fit Body Transformation coach
π΄ Our famous Absolutely Fit 12 Week Body Transformation EST in 2009 runs a very successful small group coaching sessions - if you think you could run a shift for us give us a call.

Boom! π₯
One of the best things about our group PT sessions is virtually every day, we receive messages like this!
Kate iβve never done any type of exercise before she started a program. All the diets in the world.
And then in just 12 weeks. She totally changed her life while still eating the food she enjoyed.

Another client win π
Can we all give a massive congratulations to our latest, client π₯³ on completing her first 12 week body transformation program!π
She has learnt so much in the last 12 weeks, the biggest change to her lifestyle was eating more food and still losing weight.
In the past, she had only done Weight Watchers and slimming world for her nutrition. π«£
Now she has a much better understanding what βgood healthyβ food really is..
Our client had Never exercised before, and in her own words βIt was All daunting at first but I love it so much nowβ π
Her clothes now fit her so much better and a have a lot more extra space,
Myself and all the coaches are so proud to say that the effort she has put in on the gym floor and her nutrition has really made a difference to her body shape! ππ½

Are you a Monday hater? You aren't alone!
Here's a few tips to try to make them a little more bearable:
1οΈβ£ Don't burn yourself out at the weekend. Partying is fun but nights in and relaxation is also important!
2οΈβ£ Make weekday plans, don't just live for the weekend!
3οΈβ£ Keep your routine. Yes, sleep a little later but don't mess up your routine so much that you end up unable to sleep on Sunday night and feeling rough for the week to come
4οΈβ£ Exercise! It will release endorphins which trigger positive feelings

How is your relationship with the scales?
For us, they're a useful method for measuring your progress, and many of our clients do use them at the start of their journey, but this is personal preference
Plus, as time goes on, and their lifestyle changes, they're able to step away from them
Exercising can improve physical fitness, mental health, friendships, confidence and so much more
The scales do not define you
