Listen, I don’t wanna hear about ‘take off your beanie’ until the next time I see my barber ok 🙄⁣

My three essential movements for an upper body workout on road. ⁣

1. Pike push ups - easily tradeable for a handstand press up, trying to force myself to start basic and until my core is up to scratch for a handstand press up then these will do. ⁣

2. Banded rows - until my parralletes get here, this is what we’re working with. I tend to do 10 slow reps with a squeeze at the top, focusing on a full contraction and then pump out 10 reps to finish. ⁣

3. Press ups - who even needs a bench. Again I’ll smash press ups for the foreseeable future but I’ll probably prioritise dips when my parralletts arrive.⁣

How have you adapted your training these last few weeks? I’ve all you muscle heads in your tight leggings doing HIIT with the misses. 👀 ⁣
