My three essential movements for an upper body workout on road.
1. Pike push ups - easily tradeable for a handstand press up, trying to force myself to start basic and until my core is up to scratch for a handstand press up then these will do.
2. Banded rows - until my parralletes get here, this is what we’re working with. I tend to do 10 slow reps with a squeeze at the top, focusing on a full contraction and then pump out 10 reps to finish.
3. Press ups - who even needs a bench. Again I’ll smash press ups for the foreseeable future but I’ll probably prioritise dips when my parralletts arrive.
How have you adapted your training these last few weeks? I’ve all you muscle heads in your tight leggings doing HIIT with the misses. 👀
