Getting some really positive feedback for Sensei Ohta's grading dial in. Good stuff!
Kata of the week is Tekki Shodan...you just need a garage, corridor/hallway or garden long enough for 2 sideways kiba-dachi steps! 👍🥋😁. Warm-up & stretch for 10-15 mins, then 1 x slow with full movement followed by 1 x fast ex*****on, then rest for 1 minute. Repeat that sequence 5 times for a good workout - all done in 20-30 mins 😉
