The blonde browning. A few layers in with more to go.

Took the Caesar out for a play today. Back where it’s supposed to be, showing off the gloss finish.
Wish my shooting was as good as the finish!

The alkanet oil has dried now and compared to earlier it really shows the striations of the wood. Next process is the grain fill before layering up with gloss oil. Think this is gonna be a nice stock.

A fully stripped back browning that was a pretty blonde, wanting to show its grain it’s having some alkanet root oil added to it.

This stock has been fully stripped back, and it’s very blonde. Next photos will be once some alkanet (stock stain) oil has been applied.
Should really transform this stock!
