Our Story
Donna has a BSc (Hons) degree in Science in Sport, specialising in Sports Therapy and Injury Management. Her professional career has always been centred around sport, as a competitor, instructor, race coach and now focussing on the science of sport. Donna is now using all her training and experience to help athletes improve their performance and reduce their risk of injuries. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and include one or more of the following:
· Injury Management for examination, assessment & treatment of injuries.
· Rehabilitation to increase strength & mobility, reduce pain & return to normal function.
· Sports MOT for musculoskeletal assessment & sport specific training to improve performance.
