Instructor Spotlight - Brenda
Brenda is an enthusiastic and supportive fitness instructor who is passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. She creates a welcoming environment where participants of all abilities feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged to progress at their own pace.
Brenda teaches two classes designed to support both strength and wellbeing. Lift focuses on building functional strength through resistance training, helping participants improve muscle tone, endurance, and overall fitness.
Her Mindful Balance class takes a slower, more intentional approach to movement, focusing on balance, stability, flexibility, and body awareness. This class encourages participants to move mindfully, improve coordination, and feel more connected to their bodies.
Brenda believes exercise should be enjoyable, accessible, and empowering. Her classes aim to help members leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed both physically and mentally.
