Christina had reached a plateau in training and weight loss, we achieved a further 10kg loss in body fat to reach her goal.
She also improved her aerobic fitness output and strength on all her lifts

A positive environment is key to achieving any goal. Whether itβs Gym related, work progression or family oriented.
Putting yourself in the best environment and surrounding yourself with the correct people is huge!
Iβve started working out in a new gym this week and it has re-lit the fire in my belly to train and itβs GREAT!

Building your home gym!
Essential equipment for building a great home gym:
1. Cardio: whether itβs a stationary bike for warming up to a rowing machine for interval training.
2. Resistance Kit: from kettlebells, to barbells, to slam balls. This is essential for building muscle or just maintaining strength and posture
3. Floor space: room for functional movements, stretching and core exercises
