Wild Inspired is about getting kids outdoors, playing and learning using nature as the learning resource. Working in Schools, with Youth Groups and also providing Birthday Parties in the woods. Specialising in Bushcraft, Coppice Crafts, Survival Skills and Forest School.

For my last day in the woods this term, we enjoyed the Polish tradition of Fat Thursday and made Campfire Doghnuts. Yes they do taste an awful lot nicer than they look.

Last week i worked with a child who was fascinated by the amber tree sap oozing from the cherry tree, so i found a container for her to take it home. This week she gave me a gift made from that hardened sap, a great idea which will inspire me for future projects

This has been a unique term, no campfires, lots of lemonade making instead. Yesterday was my last day in schools until September, After today's party. Its a well earned break before starting my summer school programme with PGL liddington. The week slots are almost full but there are spaces on the 3 day courses.
