🏆 TAZZ IS OUR WICHELSTOWE SPARRING CHAMPION - 2nd YEAR RUNNING 🏆

Congratulations to everyone who entered our Wichelstowe Sparring Championship last Monday!

We looked at the winners for each heat and looked at the fights they won, the scores per fight, and moves used, to work out who should be our Wichelstowe Champion.

Tazz was our Sparring Champion last year, and has only gone and won it again! Sparring Champion twice in a row!

Congratulations to Tazz and to all of our entrants! 🙌 🙌

🥳 🥋 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW COLOUR BELTS! 🥋 🥳

HUGE congratulations to all our students who graded up a colour belt this week!

The effort, focus, and determination you all showed was brilliant to see! A Colour Belt Grading is never easy, and every one of you should be proud of how far you've come. Well done!

And to those who didn't quite get there this time - don't be disheartened, get back to class next week and go again. We believe in you!

Keep training, keep growing. Proud of you all! 💪

🎁 THANK YOU CALEB & JONAH!

It’s been a sad week for us at LMA Swindon Wichelstowe this week, as we say goodbye to two of our Assistant Instructors, Caleb & Jonah, who are off to University next week! 🎓

Both Caleb & Jonah have been key members of our team for over a year, and much loved by many of our students. We’re excited to see them go forward to their next adventure, and we’re sure they’ll go with courage, integrity, and indomitable spirit.

A huge THANK YOU for everything you’ve done for the team and our community, and we can’t wait to see you back during the various holidays!

Wishing you both all the best for your new adventures! 🙌

Your LMA Wichelstowe & Old Town team went out for a meal last night, celebrating Jonah, Caleb & Paige’s exam results and their exciting next steps! 🥳

It was also a “passing the torch” moment, with Jonah & Caleb leaving us in the next few weeks, Stella about to return to university, and with Mrs Griffiths & Mrs Fomienko about to join the team!

We missed Paige & Rowan last night, who weren’t able to join us - one day we’ll manage to get our entire team on one team!

It’s always a laugh when the team gets to spend time together, and a great way to celebrate fabulous results and new beginnings as a team! 🥂
