Tomorrow Morning Sensei Kristoffer Johnson-Adams and one of our students are competing locally at the Grange leisure center. Hopefully we continue to pick up medals 🏅.

Sensei Kristoffer Johnson-Adams competed in the Welsh Open Championships today in Markham Wales, and came away with 2 medals. Still more hard work to do as the next Tournament is a week tomorrow a local Tournament in Swindon.

In 2days time Sensei Kristoffer Johnson-Adams will be competing in the Welsh Open championships.

Haven't posted this week needed time to recover from my injuries from the Premier Karate League Tournament last Saturday, I picked up 3rd place medals in 2 kata categories. Not bad for a 53 year old.

Sensei Kristoffer Johnson-Adams has decided to enter this Karate League, it will run over this next year, Sensei Kristoffer Johnson-Adams has already started preparations for this tournament and will be i the gym every evening training his katas.
