Today our coaches took on their own cycling challenge. Setting off from Supermarine this morning and arriving at the Principality stadium in Cardiff this afternoon.

A few fuelling stops on the way.

A great effort from them πŸ‘πŸΌ

πŸ‰πŸš΄ Challenge Complete! What an incredible effort from our boys! πŸš΄πŸ‰

The season may have come to an end, but the hard work certainly hasn't!

As they prepare to make the step up to U16s, we set the boys an off-season challenge to stay fit while raising money for their age group.

🎯 The challenge:
Each player had to cycle 173 miles during June – the equivalent distance from the Principality Stadium to the Allianz Stadium.

🚴 16 cyclists
🎯 Target: 2,768 miles

We couldn't be prouder to say they absolutely smashed it!

πŸ”₯ Final Stats:
βœ… Total miles cycled: 4,661.95 miles 🀯
βœ… Most miles cycled in one day: 366.8 miles
βœ… Average daily miles (team): 155.4 miles
βœ… Money raised: Β£705... and it's still rising! πŸ’™

This challenge has shown the dedication, commitment and teamwork these boys have, even during the off-season. Every mile ridden will help support the team as they head into an exciting new chapter at U16 level.

A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored, encouraged and supported the boys throughout the month. Your generosity means so much.

Here's to a well-earned rest... before the hard work starts all over again! πŸ’ͺπŸš΄πŸ‰

What an incredible effort from the Supermarine U15s! πŸš΄πŸ’™

The boys set themselves an amazing challenge this June – to each cycle the distance from the Principality Stadium to Allianz Stadium... a whopping 173 miles each to raise money for their team!

With 16 participants, that means a combined target of 2,768 miles. And just 14 days into the month, they're absolutely smashing it, having already ridden an incredible 1,928 miles between them! πŸ™Œ

Even more impressive, three of them have already completed the full challenge and are still going strong! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

Keep up the fantastic work, boys – your determination, teamwork and commitment are something to be proud of.

A massive congratulations to Archie, who has been named Clubman of the Season for 2025/26!

His commitment, positivity, and reliability have made a real difference throughout the season, and he is a credit to the squad and the wider club.
