Huge Happy 9th Birthday to my last born…. Hugo!!!! Going through photos I’d never really noticed just how much he loves a good silly face 🤪 😂 What a comedy legend! 🥰

Today’s walk took me to the Jurassic coast. I’m never usually drawn to the ocean but today I wanted to see the sea ☺️ 🌊
Came across some super lovely chatty walkers 🚶🏽and one even helped me through the field of cows🙌🏽 🐄
Wherever I hike I always enjoy the walking community and just how friendly most of them are….. oh and I saw a working oil well!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Silbury Hill Loop…. Our ancestors and relatives have walked, lived, worked and loved this part of the world for thousands of years…. If they didn’t live those lives, would we even be here….
Today on my walk, I felt gratitude for all of those who have gone before us, to be able to breathe the air we breathe and live the life we have be given….

Jane has lost a whopping 15 kgs and along the way has had to face some tough lessons about herself and how to ‘unlearn’ certain behaviours.....
We can all relate to being conditioned from a young age to ‘comfort eat’ to make us feel better, or to compare ourselves against a complete stranger who we will only see for 2 mins of our life but whos impact can last for years....

We all deserve and need kind support to help us sometimes, which is where Philip came in..... I’m gutted I didn’t do measurements at the beginning but there is no doubt that this guy now has the most epic ‘Swans’!!! 💪🏼🙌🏽
