A 2 hour workshop embracing our bodies and empowering each other.

Learning about our feminine energy and learning to love and respect our bodies.

This class will be all about you...

We will complete a grounding, self-love exercise to start...be prepared to get a little deep and raw.

We will then warm our bodies up in readiness for a powerful, sensual heels dance routine which will focus around making you feel sexy and in touch with your body!
