Yesterday was a very emotional day as we said goodbye to our Aldbourne classes. ❤️

It’s hard to believe that two wonderful years have come to an end. What started as a new class has brought me so many lovely people, friendships, memories and moments that I’ll always be grateful for.

Closing a class is never easy, especially when you’ve watched people grow in confidence, learn new skills and become part of the SMAF family. 🥊❤️

Although it’s goodbye to Aldbourne, it’s definitely not goodbye to everyone. I’m so excited to see you continue your kickboxing journey with us at our main gym in Groundwell or at SMAF Wroughton.

Thank you to every single person who supported the class, turned up week after week and made those two years so special. You’ll always be a little part of the SMAF family, and I’m so proud of you all.

Here’s to the next chapter… ❤️🥊
See you in the gym!

Saffron started with me when she was just 11 years old. She was very shy and quiet back then (and I’m not sure she really liked me very much! 😂).

But over the years, we’ve grown a really lovely friendship and a very special bond. ❤️

She went from being a junior coach to an assistant coach, slowly found her voice and confidence, and it’s been so lovely watching her grow into the amazing young lady she is today.

Now she’s off to university, and I’m going to miss her very, very much. 🥹❤️

Yesterday was a sad day at SMAF Wroughton as we said goodbye and wished Saffron the best of luck with her new adventure.

We’re so proud of you Saffron and everything you’ve achieved. Go smash it at uni, enjoy every minute and don’t forget your SMAF family! 🥊❤️

Good luck, Saff — you’ll be missed loads! ❤️
