This week all students are welcome to wear a T-shirt during training to help stay cool.

Please continue to wear your Dobok trousers and belt as normal.

💧 Don’t forget to bring plenty of water to class and make sure you stay hydrated before, during, and after training.

At Family Martial Arts Centres , we ensure that our sessions build skills that carry into everyday school life🥋✨

Our students develop strong listening skills 👂 by learning focus, respect and how to follow instructions - skills that carry directly into the classroom 📚 and support better learning.

Training also builds the confidence to speak up🙋‍♂️💬. As students grow in ability and self-belief, they become more comfortable raising their hand, sharing ideas and expressing themselves clearly at school.

When it comes to bullying, we focus on awareness 👀, self-control 🧠 and calm confidence 💪. Alongside learning practical Martial Arts skills to use if necessary, students also learn how to carry themselves confidently and respond to situations calmly and responsibly - often discouraging bullying altogether.
