The Black Caps are performing at The Golden Hind in Ipswich on Sunday 15th November.

They will be on between 4 and 6pm which is a great time for a Sunday afternoon jive.

If you live locally please go and see these guys. They are fantastic! Such a high energy set that kept The Lucifer’s dance floor full all night!

Literally the last dance of the night!
Even the lights came on 😂

A double with The Robbo and James 😍 I can just see my energy levels dropping after a night of jiving and strolling and this just about finished me off 😂

Jiving is a real HIT workout - the heart rate rises so quickly.
It’s a fantastic hobby, sociable, fun, good for you - it really is the perfect pastime.

No wonder our jiving family is growing all the time 😍

We had The Black Caps at Lucifer’s tonight who were absolutely fantastic - one of the best bands we’ve seen in a long time. If you get the chance to see them please go - you won’t be disappointed. They were truly awesome!

I’m absolutely thrilled to have been asked to choreograph a dance for Danny Fisher’s brand-new single, “Lucky Me”!

I’m loving every minute of putting the choreography together and creating something that captures the spirit snd style of this wonderful track.

** TONIGHT **
This was the band that everyone was raving about at last year's Don't Knock the Rock so we knew we had to book them there and then. They are not often around this area so you won’t want to miss them!

We are sure you will enjoy them as much as the DKTR crowd and it would great to have lots of support for a band that we don't often see Down South.

Supported by our regular DJ, Rockin' V8, good dance floor, large car park and a welk stocked bar.

Doors open 7.30pm with the band on at 8.30pm. £12 on the door.

Black Coffee - an oldie but still an absolute Goldie 😍

Choreographed by Helen O’Malley in 1996 - it was actually Dance of the Year in that year 😍

48 count 4 wall intermediate dance that we dance a lot - tho we tend to song swap to a 50’s tune 😉

You’ll see my mum is this video - she’s nearly 93 - and I’ve told her she’s not to do the fast turn at the end - if you know you know 😉
