Everyone I like to let you all know we are not taken any book at these time because of the situations is our insurance company has advised us we will not be covered so I am really sorry about this and all I can say please stay safe and well and when this is all over we will be hiring the castles back out

As the schools hollday approaching we are getting fully booked now please book early to avoid any disappointment

This is why WE DO NOT put our castles or slides out in wind or rain I feel for this little gril this was in Yorkshire and NO THESE ARE NOT ANY OF OURS WE ARE JUST SHARING A POST OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED

Little girl among four hurt as freak ‘tornado’ sends two bouncy castles flying in UK

I am really sorry to everyone that I had to cancel the castles that was going out today as we have said before if we have rain or chance or rain and windy we would cancel as our insurance policy and the safety of the children and others we do understand the frustration of cancelling but we have to do it as the first thing the insurance would ask was it raining that day

Please understand that we ask if you have a one of our castle you got to remember you need 2 ft either side of the castle and about 3 foot behind for the fan this is in our insurance policy so we do say we can come out and measure the garden to make sure the castle fits so we don't book you in and fine out it dosent fit and the kids been let down

Hi I am really sorry for all of our cancellations today as the weather is bad with rain and thunder we only done this for the safety of the children and others
we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

For this school holidays we are doing any of the castles for £40 for the day this does not included the slide just castles so please book in early to avoid disappointment only a few days available if a pub or club wants to hire please message for more information

To our attention some ppl say we don't have insurance and we only do this for just the money well I like to say we are fully insured for all of our castles and slide if anyone would like to see the policy they are more welcome to see it and anything to do with the slide we have 2 or 3 members of staff to run it yes we do ask for £2 for 5 mins at a event and charity get a % of it they dont pay for the slide as we have to run it all the time we do everything right and we go by our insurance like we have been told we should always peg the castles down not to have them out if the wind is bad we have safety mat down and if wet or soft ground don't to hire it out and with the slide we have peg it down and make sure it is anchor down with the 4 big straps to hold it down but if it is to windy or rains we shouldn't put it out at we always think of the safety of the children that go any of our equipment at all times and if anyone has a problems of any of our equipment or any of our staff please come to us and talk to us we will take on any problem and do our best to help you
