TREADMILL USERS - Good news for you treadmill heads. We have now made our treadmill a bookable area. During your visit, if you want to just use the treadmill, you can now guarantee your slot on this piece of equipment by booking your session using our Sport and health app. We hope this will help to enhance our members gym experience.

Come along to share your sporting stories, memories and experiences, both local and national. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet others, enjoy a chat and reminisce about the sporting moments that mean the most to you.

Why not come along and try out the new gym at the Sports Centre, or have a go at boccia? No previous experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.

Please do not use chalk in the gym. The use of chalk as an aid when using resistance machines can damage the fabric of the equipment .

Apologies everyone, looks like we won’t be open till 1800 now, it will take us about half an hour to get systems back up and running before we can open to the public 🤞
