‼ Attention BS Competitors ‼

To make life a little easier for our BS competitors, please follow the red arrows to park above the outdoor arena, this should speed your day up if you have multiple horses competing through the day. Please ensure, for your own and your horses safety, that the livery car park gates are closed behind you when accessing this lorry park. You are also more than welcome to park in the normal car park.

All access to the top Arena, Lakeview, will be via the sandtrack.

Please do not try and access the bottom arena as a cut through to the top arena, all gates have been padlocked, as this is in use for the day for our liveries. Please do not climb the gates to get around the padlocks. as the middle gates will be padlocked for the duration of the day.

Please remember all passports have to be shown in reception upon arrival.

Ok, I’m sorry and this should be unnecessary but it isn’t.

Who sh*ts in a hand basin?

Our poor staff have to put up with a lot, intemperate clients and the shock they exhibit when we ask to see passports for horses despite constant messaging about this requirement. There’s the rudeness of clients demanding the team stay late because the client arrived late. And the few who turn on their charms on when we aren’t indulging the clients whims and it’s all done with relative composure and a smile.

But this isn’t acceptable.

The disabled toilet sink isn’t a toilet.

It’s disrespectful to the disabled and the team and the investment we’ve made.

Clearly the offender is in the wrong loo, and clearly the wrong centre. Just what are their homes like!

Helen deserves an award for dealing the mess.

I have no idea who does this but honestly I’d issue a lifetime ban if I could.😡
