Hope everyone has just about survived the heatwave this week!
Clinic has been a sauna but now that my brain cells are feeling slightly less frazzled - all rehab plans have gone out to everyone 🥵😅

After a week of rest, recuperation and cornish sea air I am back in clinic tomorrow to a full diary!
