This Girl Can have spoken to and heard from lots of women, just like you, to get their story on how they get active in a way that works for them. 💜

They have most recently shared Zahra's story, who talks openly about how the biggest barriers she faced when getting active weren't physical.

Sometimes it looks like asking for help. By sharing our stories, we help others feel less alone. We make it easier for the next mum to speak up and access the help needed.”
