Have you ever wondered why you're training harder than ever... yet your body seems to be giving you less in return?
You're putting the work in.
You're consistent.
You're committed.
Yet you're constantly battling tightness, recurring niggles, frustrating injuries or performance plateaus.
If that sounds familiar, you're exactly the person I created Peak Again for.
Now, if you're simply looking to exercise a bit more, lose a few pounds or stay active for the kids, this probably isn't the community for you.
Peak Again is for people who take their training seriously.
Whether you're 25 or 65...
Whether you compete every weekend or simply want to perform at your absolute best...
If you believe you've still got another level in you...
If you believe your best performances are still ahead of you...
Then you're exactly who this community was built for.
Whether you're a runner, Hyrox competitor, CrossFitter, martial artist, cyclist, golfer or someone who simply loves training...
If your ambition is bigger than what your body is currently giving you...
You're in the right place.
Because here's what I realised after years of competing, coaching and working with athletes.
The fitness industry has convinced us that when progress stalls, the answer is another programme.
Another workout.
Another training split.
Train harder.
Train more.
But what if your programme isn't the problem?
The harder you work, the more your body should reward you.
If it isn't...
Something is getting in the way.
That single idea completely changed how I looked at performance.
I stopped asking,
"What's the best programme?"
I started asking,
"What's preventing my body from adapting to the work I'm already doing?"
That's the difference between Peak Again and almost every other fitness community.
This isn't a library of endless workouts.
In fact, you'll find very few workouts here.
It's a community built around one simple goal...
Helping committed people understand why their body has stopped adapting, remove the hidden restrictions holding back their performance, and finally get the return their effort deserves.
When you join, you'll start with the 7-Day Performance Reset.
I'd encourage you to use that week properly.
Don't try to watch everything.
Instead, find just one idea that completely changes the way you think about your training.
You'll be able to explore the community, work through the lessons, join our weekly live coaching calls, ask questions and connect with other committed people who are on exactly the same journey.
Those live calls are where we solve real problems together and help members overcome the barriers holding back their performance.
The only thing I ask is this...
Come with an open mind.
Some of what you'll learn here challenges the way we've been taught to think about training, recovery and performance.
If you're willing to question old assumptions and try a different approach, I think you'll get a huge amount from this community.
So if this way of thinking resonates with you...
Come and join us.
Introduce yourself.
Tell us what you train for, what you're working towards and what's currently holding you back.
I'd love to help you discover what your body is truly capable of.
I'll see you inside.
Peak Again
For people who train hard but feel their body is no longer keeping up with their ambition.
The harder you train
The more recovery you need
It is that simple

Advice from james Milner about recovery
Good to see so many prominent players in the WC rhat are (or nearly) 40 and even playing brilliantly.
Modric, ronaldo , Messi.
Shows how opinions are changing about what "too old" is.
You can and should improve all aspects of human performance into your 30's and even 40's.
But As you get older, you have to know when to push and when to hold back in your training.
You just have to be more disciplined when the brain wants you to push further.
Saying "that's enough" is real improvement.
Optimal sports performance is about balancing training with recovery
Most get this part wrong.
ATHLETES.
All strength training should be supporting what you do in your training for your sport.
It should not take away.
Eg. If you are consistently (not occasionally) sore for your training because you re tired from the gym the day before, how is that benefiting you on your performance?
Considering the fact that recovery is important, will you be any less fitter if you train 3 times a week instead of 6 times?
