One move… three powerful focuses 🔥
In this video I’m showing how one Pilates exercise – the Double Leg Stretch – can be layered in three different ways to target different areas of the body. Small changes make a big difference in what your body has to work on.
✨ 1️⃣ Parallel Footwork
Feet parallel and pressing the reformer carriage away. This version really wakes up the legs and glutes, helping to build strength and control through the lower body.
✨ 2️⃣ Parallel with Feet in Straps
Now the legs are supported by the straps, which means the body has to work harder to maintain pelvic stability. Great for learning how to control the pelvis and avoid wobbling or tilting.
✨ 3️⃣ Hands in Straps
Take the legs out and bring the arms in. Suddenly the focus shifts to deep core engagement to stabilise the torso while the arms move.
Same move.

Who Is Energy Healing For?
Energy healing is for anyone who feels like they are carrying more than just physical tension.
Sometimes life builds up in ways we don’t always notice straight away — in our emotions, our thoughts and the way our body feels day to day.
Energy healing can be particularly supportive if you are experiencing:
