BP Contracting is a family run Agricultural Contracting business, currently run by John and Carole on their family farm in Waterrow.

BP Contracting have been in the Agricultural Contracting business since the early 1970's. Up untill recently the Partnership was running under the name HR and WE Burnell and Son, but we decided that we needed to update the name, and to also more accurately reflect on the names of the Partners. With great sadness, we have to announce that John’s father, Harry, passed this morning.
Harry was born, and spent all his life here on Hele Farm.
He was the founding partner, alongside his wife Winnie, of HR and WE Burnell which later changed to BP Contracting.
We share many memories of Harry on his favourite tractor, MF165.
We will keep everyone updated with funeral details, once arrangements have been made.

We have owned this tractor from new, and it holds a special place in John’s heart as this is the tractor he learnt to drive when he was 8!
